1. Introduction
Welcome to HazeMC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HazeMC Minecraft server, website, online store, and related services.
By accessing our services or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable server rules.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue using our services.
HazeMC reserves the right to modify these Terms in accordance with Section 13.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
To access HazeMC services, you must have a valid Minecraft account.
By using our services, you agree that:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account.
You will not impersonate other players or staff members.
You will not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
You will provide accurate information when making purchases.
If you are a minor, you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases.
HazeMC is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts, account sharing, or unauthorized access, except where required by applicable law.
3. Purchases and Digital Products
All products sold through the HazeMC Store are digital goods intended for use exclusively within the HazeMC Minecraft server.
These products may include, but are not limited to:
Ranks and rank upgrades.
Virtual currencies and tokens.
Cosmetic items and visual effects.
Crate keys and rewards.
In-game perks, boosters, and enhancements.
Other digital packages or services.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
Digital products have no real-world monetary value outside the services where they are offered.
Purchased items cannot be exchanged for real-world currency through HazeMC.
Purchases are associated with the Minecraft account specified during checkout.

Purchased benefits may be affected by disclosed seasonal resets, balancing changes, or server updates.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not grant ownership of any server software, content, or intellectual property.

All store transactions are processed through Tebex and its supported payment providers.
By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable Tebex checkout terms and payment provider policies.
HazeMC does not directly store or process full credit card information.
Prices, applicable taxes, payment methods, and any additional fees will be displayed during checkout.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or the applicable Tebex payment terms.
Refund requests may be considered in circumstances such as:
Duplicate transactions.
Failure to deliver purchased products.
Incorrect charges.
Other circumstances required by applicable law.
Refund eligibility will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable payment provider policies.
If you experience an issue with a purchase, please contact HazeMC support before submitting a payment dispute.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a transaction was made incorrectly or without authorization, please contact our support team or the appropriate payment provider.
Fraudulent payment activity, deliberate misuse of payment disputes, or attempts to obtain products without valid payment may result in account restrictions.
HazeMC may temporarily suspend access to disputed digital products while a transaction is being investigated, where permitted by law and applicable payment platform rules.
We will not penalize customers solely for exercising legitimate payment dispute or consumer protection rights.
7. Server Rules and Player Conduct
All players must follow the official HazeMC server rules.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Using unauthorized cheats, hacked clients, or exploits.
Duplicating items or abusing unintended game mechanics.
Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other players.
Attempting to compromise server security.
Impersonating staff members.
Engaging in fraudulent transactions or scams.
Intentionally disrupting gameplay or server operations.
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or other appropriate enforcement actions.
Enforcement decisions are based on the nature and severity of the violation.
8. Bans, Suspensions, and Purchased Items
Purchasing products from HazeMC does not provide immunity from server rules or disciplinary action.
Players who violate server rules may be suspended or permanently banned regardless of purchase history.
A ban or suspension does not automatically entitle a player to a refund for previously delivered products, subject to applicable law and payment provider policies.
HazeMC may revoke digital items obtained through fraudulent transactions, exploits, or unauthorized methods.
Players may submit appeals through our official support channels.
9. Seasonal Resets and Gameplay Changes
HazeMC may operate seasonal game modes that periodically reset or modify player progression.
Depending on the game mode, resets may affect:
In-game balances and currencies.
Player levels and prestige.
Inventories and collected items.
Enchantments and tool progression.
Leaderboard rankings.
Other season-specific gameplay statistics.
Seasonal resets are a normal part of certain HazeMC game modes.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant resets and changes affecting purchased products.
Permanent purchases will be handled according to the product descriptions and terms presented at the time of purchase.
10. Server Availability and Modifications
HazeMC strives to maintain a reliable and enjoyable gameplay experience.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Minecraft server, website, or store.
Services may occasionally become unavailable due to:
Scheduled maintenance.
Software updates.
Hardware or hosting failures.
Security incidents.
Technical difficulties.
Events outside our reasonable control.
HazeMC may update, rebalance, modify, or discontinue gameplay features.
Where a change materially affects a purchased product, we will address any applicable contractual obligations and consumer rights.
11. Virtual Goods and Ownership
All virtual items, currencies, ranks, and perks exist solely within the HazeMC gaming environment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital content within our services.
Players may not sell, exchange, or transfer purchased benefits for real-world currency through unauthorized methods.
HazeMC retains ownership of its original server content and intellectual property, subject to third-party rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HazeMC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
This may include losses associated with temporary server interruptions, gameplay changes, or lost in-game progress.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
HazeMC reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be published on our official store with a revised effective date.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with completed purchases where prohibited by law.
Continued use of our services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
